SHELTER.COMFORT.FAMILY. National Writing Contest for grades 4, 5 and 6 October 3 to November 30, 2016 The Meaning of Home contest invites Grade 4, 5 and 6 students from across Canada to submit a written essay about what home means to them for a chance to direct $50,000 to a Habitat for Humanity build of their choice in Canada and $1,000 cash prize for the school of the winning student.
Thank you so much for all that came out and supported our boat cruise! Thanks to the Rockport Cruise Lines and the Lansdowne Committee of Janet and Jan we raised $1400!! See you all next year!

Join us for the second annual Habitat For Humanity Thousand Islands Sunset Sightseeing Cruise. Sit back, relax and enjoy an evening of Panoramic Views and a Breathtaking Sunset while cruising through the “Heart” of the 1000 Islands.
The date for the event is Friday, September 9th from 6:30 – 8:30.
Tickets are priced at $25.00 per ticket.
