It’s been a few weeks, so here’s a bit of a progress update!
On October 29th, 2025, the footings for the basements were set up.
On October 30th, 2025, the first concrete hit the site.
On October 31st, 2025, the tiles and gravel were set down amid periodic downpours.
On November 5th, 2025, the first of the Insulated Concrete Forms had arrived on site.
On November 11th, 2025, the first set of houses had their basement forms set.
And as of today, November 13th, 2025, the second set of houses has most of it’s basement forms in place.
