No matter how you slice it, our first golf tournament was a smashing success!
We got SO much fantastic support from our amazing duffers, bunker-enthusiasts, hikers, and forestry experts that we’ll be considering a mulligan for next year!
The only thing better than the weather, the course, the food, the volunteers, and the great vibes was, perhaps, our Silent Auction.
So many wonderful local artists, businesses, and entrepreneurs contributed to the HUGE amount of items up for grabs. From traditional oil and acrylic paintings to three-dimensional artworks, cutting boards made from exotic African hardwoods to high-end kitchen appliances, gift-cards to local favourite eateries and SO much more! Everyone who won their coveted items surely felt like a champion at the end of the day!
We really can’t thank our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and the Prescott Golf Club enough. It was a wonderful and fun day for us, and we hope that our participants made some fantastic memories, as well!
And a huge thank-you to Brockville Nissan for putting up our Hole-in-One prize of a 2026 Nissan Sentra! Every golfer on the course was salivating at the chance to drive off in that beauty!
Thank you SO MUCH for supporting Habitat for Humanity Thousand Islands and the work that we do to build affordable housing for families living in our local communities. Not only are you helping to give multiple generations a hand up, but they’ll be able to carry that goodwill far into the future.
